Florence 2017 – Retreat Payment
The tour begins on Tuesday, October 24, 2017, and ends Tuesday, October 31, 2017. Your accommodations before and after the dates of the tour are your responsibility. If you wish to stay at the Hotel Pitti Palace on Monday, October 23, 2017, please let us know (we have reserved rooms for that night) and we will make reservations for you and bill you for the extra day. Reservations for additional nights beyond that can be booked directly with the hotel (best rates are through their website).
Price includes: accommodations at Hotel Pitti Palace, daily breakfast at the hotel, two dinners, two lunches, and admissions when doing group events (unless indicated as optional), and all creative coaching sessions, pre-retreat group calls, and access to private retreat Facebook group. Prices subject to change without notice, according to the fluctuations of the euro (if there is a significant increase in the euro you will be notified 30 days prior to the trip of additional charge to cover the difference).
Not included: Airfare, transportation to and from the airport to the hotel, four dinners, five lunches, and any snacks.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
A $800 USD per person non-refundable deposit is required to required to reserve a place in the retreat. The investment is $3297 USD for a double occupancy* and $4037 USD for single occupancy. After July 15, 2017, the rate is $3597 USD for double occupancy and $4337 USD for single occupancy. August 15, 2017, (60 days before the start of the retreat) the balance is due.
NOTE: We have enough people so we are heading to Florence. It is safe to purchase you tickets now.
For cancellations made 31 days or more before start of the retreat, a refund of fees paid less than $800 USD deposit will be issued.
No refunds will be issued for any cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the start of the retreat. No exceptions to this cancellation policy can be made for any reason. Consequently, trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended.
We reserve the right to cancel the retreat before its start. A full refund will be issued if we need to cancel the retreat.
We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance. Artfully Inspired Retreats, LLC does not provide travel insurance.
We reserve the right to make partial changes to the stated itinerary. Every effort will be made to minimize changes.
We will photograph group activities for use in publicity. Please notify us if we are not free to use photographs of you.
NOTE: *If you register for double occupancy without an identified roommate registering for the retreat, we cannot guarantee the double occupancy rate. If you select double occupancy, we will try to match you with a roommate. If a roommate is unavailable, we will switch you to a single occupancy room and you will be charged the difference. The earlier you sign up, the more likely we will be able to match you with a roommate. Your early bird rate will be locked in so if you are switched to a single, the increase will be based on the rate at which you registered.
